Welcome to the Penumbra Website

Penumbra is a LOTRO kinship on the Elendilmir server. Our goal is to have fun in the game by providing a positive and respectful atmosphere so all of our members can explore a wide variety of challenges in Middle Earth, from the earliest quests to the most challenging high-end instances and raids. We’re constantly updating and expanding our scope with the goal of being one of the best and most accommodating kinships in Middle Earth.
Our kin website exists to provide player support and to facilitate social interaction for our membership. Non-members are welcome to visit but some features require registration to be viewable.
Penumbra always accepts applications for membership regardless of a player's level or experience. If you’re 25 or older, male or female, friendly and polite by nature, and ready to join a group of like-minded LOTRO enthusiasts for a wide variety of activities, read our "Charter & Articles" section of this website, and then click on the "Application Process" link to get started.
